An Experiential Approach to Healing
Many of us come to this work feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or reactive in relationships, unclear about the path ahead. You may be struggling to stay present, feeling stuck in old patterns, living with wounds from the past, or sensing something is out of balance — burning out at work, people-pleasing, or turning to substances or distractions to avoid the discomfort of unmet needs and unprocessed emotions.
This is a space to gently land — and to be met with curiosity, compassion, and attuned support as you learn to hold and transform what once felt too heavy to carry alone.
Rooted in depth psychology, attachment theory, parts work, somatic therapies, and relational psychotherapy, I offer an experiential therapeutic approach that bridges the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal. I welcome dialogue and reflection alongside felt experience, offering a space to slow down and tune in to the currents beneath the surface.
