My approach

I take an individualized and collaborative approach that integrates several therapeutic traditions, including:

Phenomenological and experiential approaches

Trauma-conscious, attachment-based, and relational therapies

Emotion-focused and somatic practices

Contemplative practices

Birth psychology and family systems

Depth psychology

Focusing and felt sense

Internal Family Systems and parts work

I am a psychotherapist and doula specializing in human attachment, lifespan development, and caregiving throughout life. My work is grounded in lived experience, fellowship, and a process of lifelong learning. At the heart of my practice is family life, and a deep commitment to restoring a culture of truth, virtue, order, and encouragement in how we care for one another, our children, and ourselves — honouring our creator and the dignity inherent in every stage of human life.
