As a psychotherapist and doula, I offer specialized therapeutic support for:

Healing perinatal and developmental trauma, repairing attachment wounds, and transforming generational patterns at any age and stage of life

Transitions through the reproductive lifespan — including puberty, fertility and reproductive maturity, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause

Discernment around conception, pregnancy, adoption, and family formation

Individualized doula care for expectant parents and families — including prenatal education, preparation for physiological birth, and postpartum care

Hormonal and reproductive health concerns — including reproductive and perinatal mental health, irregular cycles, pelvic pain, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility challenges, and transitions off hormonal contraception

Perinatal grief and loss — including pregnancy loss, complex prenatal diagnoses, and post-abortion stress
